We serve the Waterloo, Zetland, Rosebery, Alexandria, and Green Square communities with evidence-based care that addresses the full spectrum of musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions.
The Waterloo clinic is also home to our InBody body composition scanner - a professional-grade diagnostic tool used to assess muscle mass, body fat percentage, hydration levels, and metabolic health, integrated directly into our exercise physiology programmes.
Waterloo has the largest team of any of our four clinics, which means faster appointment availability and greater depth of specialist expertise. The clinic is well suited to complex or multi-disciplinary cases - patients who need physiotherapy and exercise physiology working together in a coordinated way, or those managing multiple conditions simultaneously.
The Waterloo team includes physiotherapists with specialist training in men's health, spinal rehabilitation (including post-surgical cases for discectomy, spinal fusion, and decompression), APPI clinical Pilates, dry needling, and functional cupping therapy. Our exercise physiologists are trained in managing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic conditions, neurological disorders, and falls prevention in older adults.
The Waterloo clinic is the only ES Physio location with an InBody 570 scanner, providing a detailed analysis of your body composition including skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, segmental muscle analysis, visceral fat level, and phase angle. This data directly informs your exercise physiology programme and is particularly valuable for patients working on chronic disease management, body recomposition, or post-surgical recovery.
We accept all major private health funds via HICAPS, with on-the-spot rebate processing. Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans, WorkCover NSW, and CTP motor vehicle accident claims are all accepted.
